Passionate Advocate for Positive Change

Komal Malik is a devoted advocate High Court of Pakistan and certified mediator in Germany who transitioned from social work at the age of 16 to become a lawyer in Pakistan in 2006. With a strong belief in fostering peace through the meaning of Allah’s name “Assalam,” she has dedicated her career to promoting harmony and justice. Her expertise spans civil, constitutional, employment, corporate, and family laws, with a particular focus on alternative dispute resolution and conflict management.

Professional Journey and Integration in Germany

After immigrating to Germany in 2013, Komal mastered intercultural skills, the German language, business law, and certification of mediation. She is committed to aiding fellow immigrants, especially women, in integrating into German society and seeking justice. She kept helping women and people in need to know their legal rights and also families who wanted to work on their relationships. Her mission is to empower others, helping them to take charge of their stories and achieve their goals.

Holistic Approach to Mediation, Coaching, and Consultancy

As a certified mediator and coach, Komal strives to enhance communication, establish boundaries, and resolve conflicts within families, communities, and between employers and employees. Her work is driven by a passion for continuous learning and a deep appreciation for the unique stories of every individual she encounters.

A Commitment to Service

Komal is inspired by the words of Martin Luther King Jr.: “Everybody can be great because everybody can serve.” This quote motivates her to remain on her path, giving back to society and helping others achieve greatness through service.
